Utah Admin. Code R33-13-201 - Construction Management Rule
As required by Section 63G-6a-1302, this rule contains provisions applicable to:
(1) selecting the appropriate method of
management for construction contracts;
(2) documenting the selection of a particular
method of construction contract management; and
(3) the selection of a construction
manager/general contractor.
