Utah Admin. Code R33-2-10 - Notice and Agenda
(1) Notice of
each meeting shall be given in accordance with the Title 52, Chapter 4, Open
and Public Meetings Act.
(2) The
Director or Presiding Officer may determine items to be placed on the agenda. A
vote of the Board may also place an item on an agenda for a future meeting. A
Board member may also contact the Chair or Director to request that an item be
placed on the agenda.
(3) The order
of business shall be in the order placed on the agenda, unless the Presiding
Officer or vote of the Board alters the order of business and there is no
prejudice to interested persons.
(4) A member of the Board, the Division,
governmental agency and the public may submit a request to the Secretary to the
Board for an item to be placed on the agenda subject to review and approval by
the Presiding Officer or Director.
(5) Each agenda shall include an agenda item
that allows a Board member to request that an item be placed on a future
agenda.
