Utah Admin. Code R33-2-17 - Suspension of the Rules
(1) By a vote
of the Board, and to the extent allowed by law, any requirement of sections
R33-2-1 through R33-2-17
may be suspended when necessary to better serve the public in the conduct of a
Board meeting.
