(1) This rule R33-2
is authorized under Subsection
63G-6a-202(5)
which directs that the Procurement Policy Board "adopt rules of procedure for
conducting its business." The Procurement Policy Board is also authorized to
make rules under Section
63G-6a-203
et. seq.
