Utah Admin. Code R33-2-4 - Composition of Board
(1) The Board
consists of 15 voting members, as well as a nonvoting secretary appointed by
the Chief Procurement Officer, who must be an employee of the
Division
(2) The Secretary shall
not be considered as part of the quorum requirement for Board meetings or
determinations.
