Utah Admin. Code R33-26-302 - Reimbursement
(1) Reimbursement
to state agencies from the sale of their surplus property items will be made
through the Division of Finance via interagency transfers or warrant
requests.
(2) The State Surplus
Property program is authorized to charge a rate for the services provided to an
agency.
