Utah Admin. Code R33-7-900 - Public-Private Partnerships
(1) Except as
provided in Section
63G-6a-802,
a procurement unit shall award a contract for a public-private partnership, as
defined in Section
63G-6a-103, by the
request for proposals standard procurement process set forth in Section 63G-6a,
Part 7, Requests for Proposals.
