Utah Admin. Code R331-22-1 - Authority, Scope, and Purpose
(1)
This rule is issued pursuant to Sections
7-1-301(6) and
7-1-1004.
(2) This rule applies to both federal and
state chartered financial institutions.
(3) The purpose of this rule is to set
consistent and reasonable rates of reimbursement for costs to financial
institutions for their production of records.
