Utah Admin. Code R331-7-1 - Authority, Scope and Purpose
(1)
This rule is issued pursuant to Sections
7-1-301(15),
and
7-1-501.
(2) This rule applies to all depository
institutions and their subsidiaries subject to the jurisdiction of the
Department of Financial Institutions.
(3) The purpose of this rule is to clarify
acceptable employment of deposits and other funds involved in leasing or
leasing related transactions.
