Utah Admin. Code R331-7-7 - Sale-Leaseback Restrictions for Depository Institutions
A depository institution acting as a lessor may lease used property in a sale-leaseback transaction provided that:
(1) The aggregate of the total net investment
in such sale-leaseback transactions, at any point, in time does not exceed 50%
of the depository institution's total capital; and
(2) The sale-leaseback transactions are
separately identified.
