Utah Admin. Code R337-5-1 - Authority, Scope and Purpose
(1) This rule is
issued pursuant to Section 7-9-29.
(2) This rule applies to all state-chartered
credit unions with assets less than $10,000,000.
(3) This rule requires the allowance account
for loan and lease losses (ALLL) be maintained.
