Utah Admin. Code R354-1-107 - Correcting an Immaterial Error in a Solicitation Response
(1) The Procurement Official may allow a
Vendor to correct an Immaterial Error in a Responsive Solicitation Response as
provided in this section.
(2)
(a) The CRAU that allows a Vendor to correct
an Immaterial Error in a Responsive Solicitation Response shall:
(i) require the Vendor to submit the
correction in writing; and
(ii)
establish a deadline by which the Vendor is required to correct the Immaterial
Error.
(b) The CRAU may
not allow a Vendor to correct an Immaterial Error in a Responsive Solicitation
Response after the deadline established under Subsection (2)(a).
