Utah Admin. Code R354-3-104 - Processing of Bids - Changes to Bids Not Allowed
(1) The CRAU:
(a) shall accept bids as provided in the
Invitation for Bids; and
(b) may
not open a bid until after the deadline for submitting bids.
(2) A person who submits a bid may
not, after the deadline for submitting bids, make a change to the bid if the
change is prejudicial to:
(a) the interest of
the CRAU; or
(b) fair
competition.
