Utah Admin. Code R356-2-12 - Public Comment Period
(1) The governor's
office shall issue a press release containing:
(a) the nominees' names; and
(b) information about how the public may
submit comments about the nominees within the ten-day public comment
period.
(2) Information
received during the public comment period shall be provided to the governor for
the governor's consideration.

The Administrative Office of the Courts shall immediately notify the governor and
(1) has submitted formal notice of intent to retire;
(2) has submitted formal notice of intent to resign;
(3) has been removed from office: or
(4) has otherwise vacated the judicial office.
