Utah Admin. Code R356-4-1 - Authority and Purpose
(1) This rule is
authorized by Sections
62A-7-201 and
63M-7-204(1)(s).
(2) The purpose of this rule is to establish
standards and certification procedures for the detention or confinement of
juveniles in adult jails and lockups consistent with the requirements of the
JJDPA.
