63N-3-204(2)(b)
requires the office to make rules to regulate the Technology Commercialization
Innovation Program ("TCIP") grant structure and awards and to recapture awards
when a recipient fails to maintain a presence in Utah for at least five years
after the award is made, as set forth in these rules.
