(1) The USBCI
Advisory Board may review Quarterly and Annual reports drafted by the Office,
ensure program objectives are met, and recommend changes
(2) The USBCI Advisory Board may advise on
application processes and procedure of the Fund to ensure program objectives
are met and partners are represented.
