Utah Admin. Code R357-44-106 - Lender Application Requirements
(1) Applications shall be submitted on forms
required by the office and in accordance with the procedures outlined by the
Office.
(2) Completed applications
shall be placed on the next available Committee agenda for review and
recommendation.
