Utah Admin. Code R457-1-302 - Licensing - Procedure
(1) In accordance
with the authority granted in Section 9-23-308, the expiration date for
licenses issued by the Commission shall be one year from the date of
issuance.
(2) A contestant may
designate a manager as outlined in Section R457-1-504.
