Utah Admin. Code R497-100-8 - Stays
(1) The presiding officer may stay an
adjudicative proceeding during the time an investigation or court case is
pending due to the same facts that gave rise to the agency action.
(2) If the stay is based on a proceeding in a
state court of public record, the presiding officer may monitor the public
records of that proceeding to determine if the stay should be continued or
lifted, or if other action must be taken.
