Utah Admin. Code R501-14-1 - Authority and Purpose

(1) This rule is authorized by Sections 26B-2-104, 26B-2-120, 26B-2-121, and 26B-2-122.
(2) This rule clarifies the standards for approving, denying, or revoking an applicant's background screening.
