Utah Admin. Code R501-14-16 - Administrative Hearing

A notice of agency action issued by the office director or designee that denies the applicant's background screening application or revokes the applicant's background screening approval shall inform the applicant of the right to appeal in accordance with Rule R497-100 and Section 63G-4-1.
