Utah Admin. Code R501-15-1 - Authority and Purpose
(1) Section
26B-2-104 authorizes this rule
and establishes basic health and safety standards for therapeutic
schools.
(2) This rule supplements
the general provisions required of each human services program in Rule
R501-1.
