Utah Admin. Code R501-23-12 - [Effective until 6/18/2025] Transportation
(1) While
transporting a client, the provider shall ensure that individual safety
restraints are used in accordance with Section
41-6a-1803.
(2) The provider may not leave a client
unattended in a vehicle.
