Utah Admin. Code R501-23-13 - [Effective until 6/18/2025] Penalties
(1)
(a) Any action taken by the department on a
contract will result in a sanction against the provider's DSPD
certification.
(b) Any action taken
by OL on a certification will result in a report to the Office of Service
Review and the applicable department division.
(2) Any provider who violates this rule may
be subject to an OL penalty as authorized in Subsection
26B-2-703(2).
