Utah Admin. Code R501-23-3 - [Effective until 6/18/2025] Scope
(1) Each provider
shall comply with:
(a) each department
contract requirement; and
(b) any
applicable federal, state, or local law, administrative rule, or ordinance,
including:
(i) Rule R380-80;
(ii) Rule R501-14; and
(iii) this rule.
(2) If there is a conflict between
any administrative rule requirement and the settings rule, the settings rule
shall prevail.
