Utah Admin. Code R512-308-1 - Purpose and Authority
(1) This rule
defines guardianship services and placements. Guardianship services and
placements provide a permanent, safe living arrangement for a child when it is
not appropriate for the child to return home, adoption has been ruled out as a
permanency goal, and continuing agency custody is not in the child's best
interest.

are authorized by Section
80-2-301.
(3) This rule is authorized by Section
80-2-302.
