Utah Admin. Code R512-308-2 - Definitions
(1) "Child and Family Services" means the
Division of Child and Family Services.
(2) "Child and Family Team" has the same
meaning as defined in Rule R512-301.
(3) "Guardian" has the same meaning as
defined in Section
80-1-102.
