Utah Admin. Code R512-41-1 - Purpose and Authority
(1) This rule
defines the requirements used to qualify adoptive parents and the criteria for
adoption placement used by the Division of Child and Family Services (Child and
Family Services).
(2) This rule is
authorized by Section
62A-4a-102. This rule
incorporates by reference Fostering Connections to Success and Increasing
Adoptions Act of 2008,
