Utah Admin. Code R512-41-3 - Requirements for Adoptive Parent(s)
Prospective adoptive parents who apply to adopt a child in the custody of Child and Family Services, including a relative of a child or a Child and Family Services employee, must meet each of the requirements listed in Rule R512-40.
