Utah Admin. Code R512-500-1 - Purpose and Authority
(1) This rule
establishes standards for kinship placement for a child who is in Child and
Family Services custody, including preliminary placement, evaluation of kinship
caregiver capacity for ongoing care, and background screening.
(2) This rule is authorized by Sections
62A-4a-102,
62A-4a-209,
80-3-302, and
80-3-303.
