Utah Admin. Code R512-75-5 - Compliance with and Appeal of Recommendations of the Office of the Child Protection Ombudsman

(1) Once the Office of the Child Protection Ombudsman completes an investigation according to Rule R515-1 and if recommendations are made to Child and Family Services, Child and Family Services has ten business days to agree with the recommendations.
(2) If Child and Family Services does not agree with the recommendations, Child and Family Services may file an appeal within ten business days of receipt. The appeal shall be filed with the Department executive director and request that the recommendations be amended.
