Utah Admin. Code R512-76-2 - Definitions
(1) "Child and Family Services" means the
Division of Child and Family Services.
(2) "CPS" means Child Protective
Services.
(3) "Expungement" means
to seal an allegation associated with an individual identified as a perpetrator
or alleged perpetrator that meets the criteria for expungement.
(4) "LIS" means the Licensing Information
System as described in Section
62A-4a-1006.
(5) "MIS" means the Management Information
System as described in Section
62A-4a-1003.
