Utah Admin. Code R527-201-3 - Limitation of Services
ORS may not:
(1)
pursue establishment of specific amounts for monthly medical support;
(2) initiate an action to obtain a judgment
for uninsured medical expenses; or
(3) collect and disburse premium payments to
insurance companies.
