Utah Admin. Code R527-221-2 - Definitions
As used in this rule:
(1) "Child support services" means efforts to
enforce and collect the child support amount due for a calendar
month.
(2) "Custodial parent" means
one of the financially obligated parents of a child placed in the care or
custody of the state.
