Utah Admin. Code R527-260-3 - Notice of Agency Action
(1) ORS will
notify the obligor of the possibility of suspending their driver license for
failure to pay child support by personally serving the obligor with a Notice of
Agency Action (NAA) pursuant to Sections
62A-11-304.2 and
63G-4-102.
(2) The obligor has 30 days after being
personally served to respond to the NAA and request an informal adjudicative
hearing with ORS. If the obligor fails to respond to the NAA, ORS will send the
obligor's case to the ORS Supervisory Review Panel for approval to proceed with
the driver license suspension.
