Utah Admin. Code R527-305-2 - Definitions
(1) "High-Volume, Automated Administrative
Enforcement" means the use of automated data processing to search Utah
databases to determine whether information is available regarding a parent who
owes child support in the initiating state, and the seizure of identified
assets, if appropriate, using the same techniques as used in intrastate
cases.
(2) "Initiating state" means
another state's Title IV-D agency that sends an administrative interstate
enforcement request to ORS for assistance.
