Utah Admin. Code R527-36-1 - Authority and Purpose
(1) The Department
of Human Services may create rules necessary for social services pursuant to
Section
62A-1-111.
The Office of Recovery Services (ORS) may adopt, amend, and enforce rules
pursuant to Section
62A-11-107.
(2) The purpose of this rule is to specify
how ORS will handle support obligations when there is a termination of parental
rights or an adoption order that does not specifically preserve
arrears.
