Utah Admin. Code R539-1-1 - Authority and Purpose
(1) Sections
26B-6-402 and
26B-6-403 authorize this rule and
give the division responsibility for the administration of its
services.
(2) This rule provides:
(a) definitions applicable to eligibility and
Title R539;
(b) general
requirements for determining eligibility for division services;
(c) waiver specific requirements for
determining eligibility for division services;
(d) policy and procedure to reduce
non-Medicaid eligible individuals' budgets to the state funded
portion.
