Utah Admin. Code R539-16-2 - Definitions
(1) Terms used in
this rule are the same as defined in Section
R539-1-2.
Additionally:
(2) "Waiver
administrator" means a department employee responsible for administering and
following the regulations of an HCBS waiver.
