Utah Admin. Code R539-9-4 - Priority
(1) First priority enrollment targets a
person who is waiting for a supported employment service and currently receives
funding from the Utah State Office of Rehabilitation.
(2) Second priority enrollment targets a
person who is waiting for a supported employment service and no other division
service.
(3) Third priority
enrollment targets a person waiting for a supported employment service and any
other division service.
