Utah Admin. Code R547-11-2 - Definitions
(1) "Minor" is as defined in Section
80-6-501.
(2) "Division" means the Division of Juvenile
Justice Services
(3) "Division
Facility" means a long-term secure care facility for juveniles operated by the
Division.
