Utah Admin. Code R547-16-1 - Authority and Purpose
(1) Section
80-5-304 requires the Division of
Juvenile Justice and Youth Services to make rules establishing the
administration of accounts and finances for minors in the custody of the
division.
(2) This rule governs the
creation of an account for minors to receive and distribute funds received
while a minor is in the custody of the division.
