Utah Admin. Code R547-16-2 - Definitions
(1) "Account" means an account established
and administered by the division where the division may place funds earned or
received by a minor.
(2) "Division"
means the Division of Juvenile Justice and Youth Services.
(3) "Minor" means an individual who is
committed to the custody of the division.
