Utah Admin. Code R590-130-10 - Identification of Plan or Number of Policies
(1) An advertisement that is an invitation to
contract and that advertises a choice in available benefits shall disclose
that:
(a) the amount of benefits depends on
the plan selected; and
(b) the
premium amount varies depending on the amount of benefits selected.
(2) An advertisement that is an
invitation to contract that refers to various benefits shall disclose that:
(a) two or more policies, other than a group
master policy, may be issued; or
(b) the benefits are provided only through a
combination of the policies.
