Utah Admin. Code R590-132-2 - Purpose and Scope
(1) The purpose of
this rule is to:
(a) identify and restrict
unfairly discriminatory underwriting, classification, or declination practices
regarding HIV infection; and
(b)
establish guidelines for the confidentiality of HIV-related testing.
(2) This rule applies to each
licensee authorized to conduct insurance business .
