Utah Admin. Code R590-142-2 - Purpose and Scope
(1) The purpose
of this rule is to implement the continuing education requirements of Sections
31A-23a-202,
31A-23b-206,
and
31A-26-206.
(2) This rule applies to a continuing
education provider, and an individual producer, consultant, navigator, and
adjuster licensee under Sections
31A-23a-202,
31A-23b-206,
and
31A-26-206.
