Utah Admin. Code R590-176-2 - Purpose and Scope
(1) The purpose of
this rule is to provide enrollment requirements under Section
31A-30-108.
(2) This rule applies to a carrier that
provides health benefit plan coverage to individuals and small employers under
Section
31A-30-104.
