Utah Admin. Code R590-192-2 - Purpose and Scope
(1) The purpose of
this rule is to:
(a) set standards for the
investigation and disposition of an accident and health insurance claim;
and
(b) identify an unfair claim
practice.
(2) This rule
applies to an insurer and an authorized agent.
