Utah Admin. Code R590-227-2 - Purpose and Scope
(1) The purpose of
this rule is to establish procedures for submitting an annuity
filing.
(2) This rule applies to an
insurer offering an annuity contract, including a group annuity contract issued
to a nonresident contract holder, when a Utah resident is provided coverage
under the contract.
